Guided story interview
Answer a structured interview on your own time. Type it, or upload voice notes and old talk transcripts and we fold them in. It saves as you go, so you can leave and come back. This is where your raw material becomes usable.
A narrative studio for founders and brands
You already have the raw material: the interview you could give in your sleep, the talk you have half-written, the docs nobody has read. Narristry turns it into a narrative system that holds up on a stage, on your About page, and in the room where it matters, all in your actual voice.
Currently in private build. We are onboarding a first group of founders and speakers.
workshop, n. a place where a thing is made by hand, with care, by someone who knows the craft. Not a template. Not a machine that sounds like everyone else.
No. 01 / The problem
Every founder already carries their story. It lives in fragments: a deck here, an email thread there, a talk you gave once, the answer you give every journalist. What almost nobody has is a single, coherent narrative assembled from those pieces, one that stays consistent whether it is on a keynote stage, an About page, or a first LP call.
The usual shortcut makes it worse. Generic AI writing produces prose that is grammatically perfect and completely faceless. It sounds like nobody, which is exactly the wrong outcome when the whole point of thought leadership is to be recognizable. Audiences feel the sameness. So do journalists, and so do the AI search engines now deciding who gets cited.
Ghostwriters solve the voice problem but are slow, costly, and impossible to run across a whole speaker community or a portfolio. So the story stays half-built, and the founder keeps re-explaining who they are, one meeting at a time.
No. 02 / The workshop
Narristry is built around two convictions: structure is a craft you can learn from, and voice is the thing you cannot fake. So we give you both.

Origin story, strategic company narrative, hero-of-the-customer arc, keynote structures: real narrative frameworks, not a blank page. Narristry recommends the right one for each asset and tells you why, so structure works for you.
Give us two or three real writing samples. We build a voiceprint (your register, your rhythm, the words you reach for, the ones you never use) and show it back in plain language. Every asset is written to sound like you, not like a model.
One run gives you a founder story, a company narrative, an 18-minute keynote arc, an About page, and a full set of bios. Consistent, because they all come from the same source. Regenerate or edit any section without touching the rest.
No. 03 / How it works
Run the guided interview and drop in two or three writing samples. Typed, spoken, or lifted from an old transcript: whatever you already have works.
Narristry reads your voice, builds a voiceprint you can check, picks the right framework for each asset, and drafts the whole narrative system.
Read it section by section. Regenerate anything that is not quite you, edit inline, then export clean Markdown or DOCX and take it anywhere.
No. 04 / What you leave with
Not a pile of drafts. A narrative system where every piece points back to the same story, ready to use the moment you need it.
